Ce rôle implique des analyses financières, la mise à jour des coûts standards, et le soutien aux budgets en conformité avec les politiques internes.

We are currently looking for a Functional Analyst to participate in large-scale projects.

Role

The Functional Analyst will be responsible for translating business needs and requirements into functional and non-functional specifications, detailed enough to allow for the programming or configuration of new or existing applications or systems.

You will ensure the accuracy of standard costs, analyze variable and fixed overhead, support month-end closing, and prepare variance analysis reports. You'll also contribute to FP&A activities tied to gross margin, support engineering programs, and assist the Business Unit Manager on strategic initiatives.

This role will be responsible for managing business demands and addressing support inquiries related to the Workday ERP system. Collaborate closely with the Workday Team Lead, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

In this role, you'll partner closely with both business and technical stakeholders to capture and document comprehensive requirements, while leading the analysis phase of our application-driven projects.

The Senior Internal Controls Analyst will be responsible for executing internal control activities. Key responsibilities include conducting walkthroughs, testing, documentation, deficiency monitoring, and recommending remediation strategies. This role encompasses entity-level controls, business process controls, and IT general controls for assigned sub-processes.
