Reporting into the Corporate Controller, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the corporate accounting function, prioritising process improvements, and working closely with various internal stakeholders.

Reporting into the CFO, the successful candidate will have general oversight of the corporate accounting and tax function.

• Coordinate, prepare, and reconcile quarterly financial statements in accordance with quarterly bank deliverable; includes assisting with cash flow analysis and financial statement
• Ownership of year-end financial statement preparation and annual audit process

• Manage monthly journal entries, GL account reconciliations, and year-end close processes, including adjustments and corrections
• Handle inventory reconciliations and reserves and resolve discrepancies.

The Finance Manager will supervise & implement the financial strategy of a large-scale infrastructure construction project.

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Accounting Clerk prepares weekly accounts payable for payment runs, applies cash receipts, prepares bank deposits and wire transfers, contributes to the success of the company by resolving customer and vendor issues directly and by supporting managers in various departments with financial information regarding call center operations, primarily as it relates to claims payments.
