As a Preconstruction Manager, you will work closely with the VP of Development and Construction, ensuring seamless coordination between project planning and execution. Your role will focus on constructability analysis, site logistics, estimating, and budgeting. You will also manage project documentation and foster effective communication with stakeholders, including City Planners and consultants.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Pre-Con Manager for a permanent role in the construction department of our client. The successful candidate must have a strong background in business services within the construction industry and be familiar with the Ontario Building Code.
