Ils se spécialisent dans le secteur institutionnel sur des projets de 1 à 25M$. Ils ont également une branche qui réalise des projets de rénovations dans des écoles à moins de 1M$.

Depuis 20 ans, notre client, un développeur reconnu dans les projets résidentiels et commerciaux de grande ampleur, cherche un Chargé de projets en Conception et Planification pour soutenir sa croissance dans la région de la Rive-Nord. Les immeubles de luxe varient entre 45 et 150 millions de dollars. Leur approche repose sur une collaboration horizontale avec des experts spécialisés pour réaliser des projets ambitieux.
