As a Project Manager, you will oversee construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to drive project success.

As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the transition of projects from the planning stage to construction readiness. You will assist in site logistics, estimating, and budget preparation while ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders such as City Planners, consultants, and internal teams.

Our client is looking for a Architectural Draftsperson/Project Coordinator with high rise construction experience within Southwestern Ontario. You will bring a minimum of 3 years experience working on full cycle residential projects.
