A well respected GTA based Builder is looking for their new Commercial Manager that will be responsible for the administration of contracts with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

The Site Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing high value institutional construction projects throughout the GTA.

The ideal candidate will be sharp and meticulous with a background in estimating for a general contractor, specifically for ICI projects valued up to $200MM (Renovations, Interior retro-fits and New Builds), and will demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to accuracy.

This role will be the primary assistant to the Site Superintendent with a scope of work including but not limited to structure, enclosure, garage and base building systems.This can also include planning and scheduling, organizing, directing and controlling activities and trades on the construction site.

The General site superintendent will oversee all of the construction processes including on site staff personnel and departments and will be responsible for overall construction activities within the established design, budget and scheduling guidelines.
