They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health & Safety Manager to join their H&S team.

A well respected GTA based Builder is looking for their new Commercial Manager that will be responsible for the administration of contracts with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

Our client is a well-established general contractor specializing in new construction and renovation projects. They have a strong history of successfully completing significant projects for various public sector clients, particularly in the fields of education, health care, and municipal or provincial government. As they continue to expand, they are looking to add an experienced Assistant Project Manager to their team.

This role will be the primary assistant to the Site Superintendent with a scope of work including but not limited to structure, enclosure, garage and base building systems.This can also include planning and scheduling, organizing, directing and controlling activities and trades on the construction site.

The Site Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing high value institutional construction projects throughout the GTA.

The General site superintendent will oversee all of the construction processes including on site staff personnel and departments and will be responsible for overall construction activities within the established design, budget and scheduling guidelines. This can include planning and scheduling, organizing, directing and controlling activities on the construction site.

We are seeking an Institutional Project Manager with extensive experience managing high-value institutional developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing complex projects, particularly in the education, government, or public sector. Certifications like Gold Seal, PMP, and LEED preferred.

Are you a seasoned ICI Superintendent with a strong focus on institutional new builds? Do you thrive on managing large-scale projects from start to finish? We're looking for an experienced leader to oversee the construction of new institutional facilities exceeding $15 million.

As an ICI Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in managing and ensuring the successful completion of institutional construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and scheduling to quality control and safety. We are particularly interested in candidates with prior experience in school development and community centre projects.

As an ICI Superintendent you will be overseeing full cycle institutional developments from conception to completion.
