Nous cherchons un(e) Directeur(trice) de projet avec une expérience avérée dans le domaine de l'immobilier, idéalement dans le département de la construction. Le(a) candidat(e) idéal(e) doit posséder une excellente capacité à gérer et diriger des équipes de projet.

The Pre-Construction Project Manager will assist the VP of Development and Construction with site logistics, estimating/budget-related duties during the pre-construction phase. You will ensure accurate project documentation, cost analysis, and effective communication with all stakeholders.

As a Preconstruction Manager, you will work closely with the VP of Development and Construction, ensuring seamless coordination between project planning and execution. Your role will focus on constructability analysis, site logistics, estimating, and budgeting. You will also manage project documentation and foster effective communication with stakeholders, including City Planners and consultants.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established ICI general contractor in a key position.

The senior estimator will work closely with the Vice President in preparing estimates and tender packages for a variety of commercial, institutional and industrial building projects, be involved in client meetings, and facilitate tender closings and project awards.
