Our client is one of the largest General Contracting companies in the Durham Region with projects spanning across Ontario. They are looking to bring on a Vice President of Operations to lead their construction team.

Reporting directly to the President, this role is ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly collaborate with both office and site teams.

As a Health & Safety Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing workplace safety policies and procedures, this may include site inspections, risk assessments, training, and compliance oversight, ensuring alignment with Ontario Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA), COR certification standards, and WSIB regulations.

Our client is a well-established general contractor specializing in new construction and renovation projects throughout the GTA and Southwestern Ontario. They have a strong history of successfully completing significant projects for various public sector clients, particularly in the fields of education, health care, and municipal or provincial government. As they continue to expand, they are looking to add an experienced Site Superintendent to their team.

As a Preconstruction Manager, you will work closely with the VP of Development and Construction, ensuring seamless coordination between project planning and execution. Your role will focus on constructability analysis, site logistics, estimating, and budgeting. You will also manage project documentation and foster effective communication with stakeholders, including City Planners and consultants.

The Pre-Construction Project Manager will assist the VP of Development and Construction with site logistics, estimating/budget-related duties during the pre-construction phase. You will ensure accurate project documentation, cost analysis, and effective communication with all stakeholders.

The senior estimator will work closely with the Vice President in preparing estimates and tender packages for a variety of commercial, institutional and industrial building projects, be involved in client meetings, and facilitate tender closings and project awards.
