Our client is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager with design-build experience to lead project planning and coordination from concept to construction. Responsibilities include reviewing design documents, managing project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and experience in pre-construction management.

The Finishing Site Superintendent will be responsible for supervising the work in the field, including organization, planning, scheduling to complete the work on time within budget and to the highest quality. This includes everything from building envelope and windows through to interiors and finishing to occupancy.

The Senior Construction Manager is responsible for planning, executing and finalizing projects within budget while adhering to deadlines. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan

As the Site Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site construction activities, managing subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure project objectives are achieved. You will also coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to maintain project specifications and schedules, promptly addressing any issues or delays.
