Relevant directement du Vice-président des Finances, le Contrôleur Corporatif occupe un rôle central. Il a pour mission principal la supervision des opérations comptables et financières, la production des rapports financiers et réglementaires, la planification budgétaire et les prévisions financières.

Directement rattaché au CFO et à la Directrice des Finances, l'analyste financier senior / assistant contrôleur aura un rôle très poyvalent avec des missions variées allant de l'établissement des états financiers, la mise en place des contrôles internes, la consolidation et reporting ainsi que le volet fp&a (Budget, cash, forecast) et cela dans un environnement très dynamique en mode projet (dans les énergies renouvelables).

L'Analyste Senior FP&A reporte directement au VP Finance. Il a la charge de l'intégralité de la fonction FP&A, avec pour missions principales la préparation du budget et des prévisions ainsi que l'élaboration de différents rapports et analyses destinés à soutenir la performance financière et la prise de décision stratégique.

They have a strong history of successfully completing significant projects for various public sector clients, particularly in the fields of education, health care, and municipal or provincial government. As they continue to expand, they are looking to add an experienced Site Superintendent to their team.

As a Preconstruction Manager, you will work closely with the VP of Development and Construction, ensuring seamless coordination between project planning and execution. Your role will focus on constructability analysis, site logistics, estimating, and budgeting. You will also manage project documentation and foster effective communication with stakeholders, including City Planners and consultants.

The Pre-Construction Project Manager will assist the VP of Development and Construction with site logistics, estimating/budget-related duties during the pre-construction phase. You will ensure accurate project documentation, cost analysis, and effective communication with all stakeholders.

The senior estimator will work closely with the Vice President in preparing estimates and tender packages for a variety of commercial, institutional and industrial building projects, be involved in client meetings, and facilitate tender closings and project awards.
