Seeking a proficient Senior Estimator with specialised skills in Concrete Formwork, ideally within high-rise residential and commercial construction. The candidate should possess excellent construction knowledge and ability to provide precise cost estimates for projects within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

We are seeking a Senior Estimator with ICI/Residential construction experience for our client's Windsor location. This individual will be responsible for project budgeting, cost forecasting, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Our client is a leading general contractor with three offices across Ontario. They work with prominent firms in the institutional, commercial, industrial, recreational, and multi-tenant residential sectors. They are currently seeking a Senior Estimator/Pre-Construction Manager for their Windsor office.

The Senior Construction Estimator/ Pre-Construction Manager will work alongside the Senior Leadership Team. They will oversee the entire estimating process from pre-construction to project execution. This will include preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates, managing tenders, and ensuring seamless coordination between all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will be sharp and meticulous with a background in estimating for a general contractor, specifically for ICI projects (ICI Renovations, Interior retro-fits and New Builds) ranging in value from $10MM-$100MM, and will demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to accuracy.

Ils se spécialisent dans le secteur institutionnel sur des projets de 10 à 30M$. Ils ont également une autre branche qui réalise des projets de rénovations dans des écoles à moins de 1M$.

Ils cherchent un directeur estimation.

As a Preconstruction Manager, you will work closely with the VP of Development and Construction, ensuring seamless coordination between project planning and execution. Your role will focus on constructability analysis, site logistics, estimating, and budgeting. You will also manage project documentation and foster effective communication with stakeholders, including City Planners and consultants.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Pre-Con Manager for a permanent role in the construction department of our client. The successful candidate must have a strong background in business services within the construction industry and be familiar with the Ontario Building Code.
